The California Association of Professional Firefighters Scholarship

Amount: Four scholarships at $500 each

High School Scholarship Application for Cabrillo College 
Amount: $500         Deadline: Spring 2022
Scholarships are awarded to Santa Cruz County high school seniors once they enroll full time at Cabrillo College. Scholarships are disbursed in Fall 2021 after attendance is confirmed. Scholarship amounts are typically $500. In addition, all students are encouraged to complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Dream Application, in order to be considered for financial aid funds.

LA Tutors Innovation in Education Scholarship

Description: Showcase your creativity/innovation skills by either solving a problem, or designing something that helps others solve problems, in several different possible presentation formats.

Hellenic Cultural Institute Student Scholarship Program

Deadline: April 26, 2021
Criteria: Students must be seniors bound for college, a grade point average of 3.0 and above, exemplary classroom conduct, a brief biographical sketch, and completion of the application form, a minimum 600-word essay on: “The Causes of the 1821 Greek Revolution and Its Aftermath"
Description: The institute offers scholarships to high school students of the Central Coast, who have demonstrated an interest in the area of Hellenic History and Civilization, by way of Greek literature, drama, poetry, and the arts, as well as other aspects of Greek culture.
Amount: $10,000 amongst winners

Criteria: Applicants must graduating high school seniors with at least a B average and submit an application with at least two letters of recommendation.
Description: This scholarship is given by the CANERS Foundation, Endowment for Research and Scholarship to students planning to major in Horticulture or Agribusiness related to Horticulture.
