Cash for College WorkshopSoquel High will be holding a Cash for College workshop for students to fill out their FAFSA/Dream Act application for college financial aid.  The workshop is for students and parents and will be presented in both English and Spanish.  Please don't miss out on this important workshop if you are a Senior!

When: Monday, December 2nd from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
Where: Soquel High School Library - 401 Soquel San Jose Road. Soquel, California 95073

What to bring to the workshop
Come to the workshop with the documents that you have and that apply to you:
  • Driver's license, if you have one
  • Social Security card number if you have one
  • Alien registration number, if you have one
  • Student 2018 income information
  • Parent 2018 income information
  • Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) - yours or your parents'
  • Your tax and parent tax information
  • 2018 bank statements
  • Any records of untaxed income such as welfare benefits, Social Security benefits, or child support payments
  • List of colleges you are interested in attending
What to expect from the workshop
  • Computer access to apply for financial aid
  • Assistance from UCSC and Cabrillo financial aid experts
  • Completing FAFSA, Dream Act, and Chafee financial aid applications
