Student Support Services Resource Directory

The Santa Cruz County Office of Education and Cabrillo College recognize the
importance of approaching the whole child in education. The method we use for
supporting students is creating community solution for student success.
We have created this rescource directory to help you identify and connect with available
community resources that exist to meet the needs of all children from birth to college.
This resource guide allows anyone - administrators, students, and familes to connect
with the resources available in Santa Cruz County so that students can take full
advantage of learning opportunities.

Our hope is that by connecting those in need with community support services, we will
postively impact high school graduation, post-secondary attainment and the path to
successfull careers.
